Chinese Os Results and English Oral

I got back my GCE Chinese Os results recently! I got a whooping A2 and merit :) I think it's great (for me) already, and actually i think if i got a distinction for my oral and LC i might just get an A1... Anyway i'm not sure about retaking it. At first i was so sure i wasn't going to, but... might as well give it a shot and aim for the best? I'm not sure. Afterall they'll take the better grade.



I had my English oral today and surprisingly it really wasn't that bad. Granted, i talked for quite a short amount of time (hello, no prompts?! Let me talk longer abit leh.) but i think overall not bad. I had super nice invigilators :) When they were testing someone before me, i was watching the invigilator and the invigilator on the right (a.k.a actually really the left) wanted to eat a piece of watermelon/papaya using the toothpick but the slice of fruit dropped off and she missed!! It was quite funny but i didn't laugh at that time. Too nervous i suppose. Anyway yes, it wasn't that bad.



I'm in the midst of my PRELIMS now! I just had my history and physics paper today, actually. (OMG brief interruption - i forgot to bring my entry proof today and had to cough up 5 freakin' bucks for a piece of paper i have at home. Oh well, that's what you get for being forgetful.) The history paper was all right, but i thought my SEQ was weirdly weak this time round (i don't know what's wrong with it but i just feel like it's not so correct somehow) and for my SBQ, the question on "Does this mean the other is lying?" question, i totally could not tell that it was a reliability question so i buang-ed the format and anyhow-ed the question. Hopefully it turns out all right. I just answered it like an English compre qn actually :\



Physics was ok la, did not really study for it, good thing not much electricity questions!!!!! I cannot remember all the formulas, and i did not remember all the formulas. Plus thank heavens for Maureen's existence -- before like, this year's MYE, i have never ever gotten a vectors question right but this time i think i got it right :)



There's tuition tomorrow! OMFG i completely forgot about it. This prelim i spent the most time on A math (except geometrical proofs... have not touched it AT ALL) and i am quite confident of scoring a better mark than my previous 30/100. (lousiest. A math. Score. Ever.)



Ok 10pm got Ming Zhong, 11pm onwards got my super sweet sixteen/room raiders and after that it'll be my favourite show ever, Made! I really like that show. If you have MTV Asia watch it okok?!?!? Also, Get Smart is going to air on HBO soon! Can't wait, it's gonna be hilarious :D Watched a little bit of the movie on the plane on the way to Japan last year actually, but.. yeah don't really have the movie-watching atmosphere (especially with such a pathetic screen).



Shit. I don't understand the historical factor for factors affecting development. I could just die.



On the plus side, this is the first time i've actually read through cumulative causation and the strategies and actually knew what it was talking about. Though the 11 points are kinda hard to rmb... Hmm. Anyway i managed to finish 1 chapter of geography today, more to do tomorrow!

Anyway so yeah i am blogging.

Prelims is coming i have barely even touched my math. I feel so shitty that i can't even get my math right even with tuition (wtf). My humans are typically all right, but i can't take geography manz. I barely got a B for it (60, just nice b4), though my combined human gets an A1, which is, basically, the only A i've got. Could've gotten an A2 for english BUT yeah my 22/40 English oral grade comes back to haunt me. I am officially a stupid, stupid B3. Low B3. A whole fucking grade!

*sigh* english O levels oral coming and i'm pretty much screwed for it though i did go find Miss Quek once. Didn't get to practice though. Mummy Mae didn't reply my msg regarding going to find her w/ Maureen?? Gah. And i think we're getting back our results for Chinese O's next week.. I hope i don't get a B3/4. I am so completely OVER chinese plz.

Anyway i watched Half Blood Prince and contrary to popular opinion, i think it was NOT BAD. It was actually quite funny la?! Maybe OOP sucked so badly that the quality of the half-blood prince was much better in contrast. Best was the first two and maybe the POA. Nice action in the GOF too + Robert Pattinson. I find that he looks better in GOF than in Twilight.

I've got my schedule all mixed up. I don't know which days i'm free and which days i'm not so i hope i didn't agree to go out with two people on the same day T.T (two people that don't wanna go out with each other la!). i have rlly bad memory.

And i finished reading the tenth book. Go Michael Moscovitz!

And i feel bad for saying this but today i watched the Celebrity Spelling Bee and the guy couldn't spell satellite. um... right.

Maybe shopping next week. Maybe not. Nothing confirmed.

AND THE CLASS FUND IS EATING UP ALL MY MONEY. And feel bad for Xiquan coz he paid for the c.science pple exam papers money for physics. and didn't claim frm us or class fund :\ which he actually really should do because for the pure science pple i'm pretty sure we're sharing their cost for the exam papers since mrs peh prolly taking frm class fund.

anyway i gtg study omfg its 10pm all i did today was memorise the stupid QA shitz that im not too sure i rmb now! (wtf)
